I lost 30 kg the hard way — so you don’t have to.
I’m Slav. A few years ago I weighed 105 kg, sat at a desk all day, and had tried every diet that promised a quick fix. None of them stuck. What finally worked wasn’t a diet at all — it was understanding how food actually works and building habits I could live with.
My story
At 105 kg I felt stuck. I’d lose a few kilos on some strict plan, hate every day of it, then gain it all back the moment normal life returned. The problem was never willpower — it was the method.
Once I learned the basics — energy balance, enough protein, and changing a few habits instead of my whole life — the weight came off and stayed off. I got to 75 kg eating food I actually enjoy, and I’ve kept it there.
That’s the whole reason I coach: I’ve lived the before and after, and I want to save people the years I wasted on diets that were designed to fail.
How I think about food
Lean Logic, my method, is simple: eat enough protein, stay roughly in energy balance, keep the foods you love, and change habits slowly enough that they last. No detox, no banned foods, no moralising about “clean” eating.
