Do I have to give up my favourite foods?

No. The whole approach is built around the food you already eat. We adjust portions and balance — we don’t delete the things you love. A glass of wine can fit too.

Do I need special diet products or supplements?

No. Normal food from your normal shop. No powders, no “fat-burners”, no detox teas. If a supplement is genuinely worth it, I’ll tell you — but most aren’t.

Will I have to count calories?

Not at the start. We begin by simply photographing what you eat so I can see your real habits. Any tracking later is optional and kept as light as possible.

How fast will I see results?

Sustainably, most people aim for roughly 0.5–1% of body weight per week. Faster than that usually means muscle loss and rebound. The goal is a result you keep, not a number for one month.

Do you work fully online?

Yes. Everything happens remotely — intro call, check-ins, and messaging — so we can work together wherever you are.

Which languages do you coach in?

Russian, Georgian and English.

I have a medical condition — can you help?

I coach healthy adults only. If you have a condition like diabetes, thyroid disease, an eating disorder or heart disease, are pregnant, or are under 18, please work with a doctor or registered dietitian. This isn’t medical advice.
